“Recovery of the buildings of an old abandoned ironworks from the 13th century, to become a tourist complex perfectly integrated into its surroundings”

The project consists of the recovery of the buildings of an old abandoned ironworks from the 13th century, to become a tourist complex perfectly integrated into its environment.

The whole complex is based on the restoration of the old feverish buildings following the traditional construction criteria of the area, that is, stone facades, Arabic tile roofs and wooden frameworks.

The complex has a Hotel that was the offices and home of the owners of the forge. The building that was the old canteen for the staff who worked there has been rehabilitated for a complex of apartments. The store and grocery store of the old ironworks has been converted into two family rooms. The old bakery has been used as a restaurant-grill

The complex is complemented by large gardens, swimming pool, outdoor bar with terraces, children’s playground and large private parking.
