“The main objective of this proposal is to offer innovation in the conceptual proposal for a large residential project and hotel.”

This project addresses the execution of a Masterplan for the development of a tourist-residential complex south of Oropesa del Mar, Castellón. This plot sized almost 4 hectares is located in a privileged spot, not only because it is on the seafront, but also because it is set between the hillsides of the Torre Bellver urbanisation and connected on its southern side with the so-called Greenway, or Via Verde, a costal route that runs along the rugged, wild sector of the coast that connects the tourist towns of Benicàssim and Oropesa del Mar.

 

The proposal is divided into 4 major phases: one for the seafront hotel and the other three for residential buildings that may be related to the hotel complex.

The urban planning proposal starts off with a private road in the shape of a cul-de-sac that runs through the whole plot and articulates each phase of the project. This axis contains the various phases of the project that are adapted to the unique topography of the land, orienting each block in a sustainable way and always maintaining views over the sea.

 

All houses are designed for double-orientations, spacious terraces over 3 metres in depth and guaranteed sea views. Home types are extensive, with two, three and even four-bedroom houses, and spectacular penthouses around 170 m2 with panoramic views over the sea and the mountainside.
