The house is located in the residential area in Castellón, on a plot with two of its facades facing streets and the rest party wall and trapezoidal shape. With an important determining factor of a setback of 10 meters to one of its limits, it made the house have to set back a lot towards one side of the plot and as a result a compact house with clear volumes, where simplicity and purity of its forms reflect a simple functional program.
An important premise on the part of the clients was that the day area should be fully connected and facing the terrace and pool area. As a result we have a ground floor, where the kitchen, lounge and living room are in a single room of adequate dimensions and communicated with large windows to a terrace that turns over the pool. On the same ground floor we have a bedroom, a full bathroom and a laundry room. On the second floor, there is the entire night program, consisting of two rooms for children and a full bathroom and a suite, with its dressing area and bathroom, all incorporated and connected without doors.
A singular aspect is that despite being a very compact house, it also has a volumetric richness, forming a twin between two clearly differentiated volumes, a base gray and a white one that flies over it.
